How I Became the NBA's Youngest Agent Ever

Meet
The duo
(you know what they say: two guys, three opinions.)

Michael Greenfield

Follow Michael

Michael is proudly multilingual (with the important language being music) and a stereotypical libra who works hard and plays hard.

While Michael’s been building Prime Source into an empire for over two decades, his entrepreneurial roots run far back. From his nine-year-old days selling bazooka and baseball cards, to his teenage stint as a bug-checker for a local restaurant, then his trajectory from college dropout to administrator-turned-sales genius, he’s been following his heart, nurturing his passions, and connecting with people wherever he goes.

Michael moved Prime Source through a senior care landscape where the only constant has been change. His agile leadership enabled Prime Source to pivot four times to meet industry gaps and set new standards of excellence.

Michael is an animal lover, music aficionado, and lover of the art of debate. Michael’s drawn to good energy, growing people, and positivity.

Ushy’s a veteran of nearly two decades in the world of healthcare. He’s done everything from managing a laundry plant to managing $10 billion worth of national accounts for a large medical supply company. Plus a couple of other nifty accomplishments —  like founding and operating a day camp and teaching English Language Arts. (Yes, he’s a man of many talents.)

As Director of Sales and Business Development at Prime Source, he thrives on applying his business intelligence to help companies run smoother operations, increase their profits, and reignite their joy in doing business.

Ushy’s a huge sports fan and a loyal league member (too many to list!) He connects deeply with Michael Jackson’s wisdom: “I’m starting with the man in the mirror.” He’s growing, he’s sharing, he’s learning something new every day — and he’s doing it on the None Of Your Business podcast with you.
